Age 76, longtime resident of Wellesley, Ma, died April 6, 2021. Beloved husband of Theresa (Deluca) and devoted father of Tracey Christopher of Sudbury, MA and Carolyn Macchiavelli and her husband Marco of Bethesda Md. Loving grandfather of Lucia, Cecilia and Luca; also survived by many cherished nieces, nephews and their children. Dear brother of Lois Calautti of Medford, MA and John Christopher and his wife Teri of Deland, FL. He was the loving son of Virginia (DeFrancesco) and Edward J. Christopher of Medford.
Ed was a graduate of UMass Lowell who worked as an electrical engineer in the field of defense technology. He was known among family and friends for his sharp wit and strong sense of humor. Above all he was a family man who loved to tinker and could repair anything.
Visitation at the Henry J. Burke Funeral Home, 56 Washington St., RT. 16, Wellesley Hills, MA, Sunday, April 11th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Prayer services at St. John the Evangelist Church, 9 Glen Rd., Wellesley Hills, Monday, April 12 at 10:00 AM, burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, 250 High St., Waltham. Covid restrictions apply.
