Obituary for Mary Jane Quinlan (Barry)

Mary Jane  Quinlan (Barry)
Quinlan, Mary Jane (Barry), of Newton and Wareham, December 17, 2017. Beloved Wife of the late Paul D. Quinlan. Devoted mother of Sheryl Dimodica and her husband John of Lexington, James F. Quinlan and his wife Mary of East Walpole. Dear Sister of Ann Hudson of Newton, John Barry of Alton Bay, NH and the late David, Jr., Raymond and Robert Barry. Loving grandmother of Alexandra, Dana, Rory, Emily and Adam. Mary was extremely proud of all her grandchildren. Mary had a passion for following all their school activities and sporting events. For 45 years she spent her summers at Hamilton Beach in Wareham where she loved tending to her beautiful gardens. Mary was a ardent patriot fan and loved Ron Gronkowski. A Funeral service will be held in the Newton Cemetery Chapel, 791 Walnut St., Newton Centre, Friday, December 22 at 12:00 Noon. Visiting hours will be held in the Burke & Blackington Funeral Home, 1479 Washington St., (Rte. 16), West Newton, Thursday, December 21 from 4:00- 8:00 PM. Interment will be Private. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made in Mary's memory to the New England Center for Homeless Veteran's, 17 Court St., Boston, MA 02108.
