Romeo, Diana L. (Proia), of Delavan, WI, and formerly of Newton, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2017. Devoted mother of Shannon A. Romeo of Minooka, IL. Beloved daughter of William P. Proia and the late Gloria (Constanzo) Proia. Loving sister of Deborah Klier and her husband KC of Sagamore Beach, and her twin sister Donna Proia of Minooka, IL. Dear aunt of Katrina, Ali, Jess and Matt. Diana was a special person who touched the lives of many with her kindness and generosity. Diana was always smiling and had an adventurous spirit. She enjoyed traveling, kayaking, biking and spending time in one of her favorite places, Cape Cod.

Funeral in the Burke & Blackington Funeral Home, 1479 Washington St., (Rte. 16), West Newton, Monday May 1 at 11:00 AM. Visiting hours Sunday afternoon from 2:00 - 5:00 PM.
